Papukeitto sopii paitsi vilpoisiin talvipäiviin myös fitness-elämäntyyliin. Itse suosin Go Greenin valkoisia papuja, sillä ne ovat helppo ja nopea tapa valmistaa monenlaisia terveellisiä ruokia niin lounaalle kuin päivällisellekin. Go Green -valkoiset pavut ovat kypsiä ja ne sopivat kiireiselle tyypille myös välipalaksi. Pakkaus on helppo aukaista ja pavut maistuvat herkulliselle myös kylmänä!
Bean soup fits for the winter but also for fitness life style very well! By myself I use Go Green products when I choose to eat some beans. Go Green is always very pure and natural choice! In this recipe I use Go Green white beans but you can also use some other ready-to-use white beans. You can also put any meat or soya product in it – just try and find your favorite!
Tiesitkö, että valkoiset pavut sisältävät runsaasti proteiinia, vain gramman verran rasvaa ja juuri sopivasti hiilihydraatteja tukemaan kylläistä oloa? Papukeitto sopii oivallisesti esimerkiksi treenin jälkeiseksi ateriaksi. Itse tykkään kyllästää papukeittoa välillä kinkulla ja toisinaan raejuustolla. Kokeile eri variaatioita ja löydä oma suosikkisi!
Why just white beans? Well, you may not know but they includes LOTS of protein and only one gram of fats. There are carbs very nice amount so white beans are very optimal choice to enjoy after workout also.
Terveellinen papukeitto / Healthy bean soup:
1 sipuli / 1 onion
100g kesäkurpitsaa / 100g zucchini
oliiviöljyä / olive oil
6dl vettä / 6d water
2 prk Go Green valkoisia papuja / 2 jar of Go Green white beans (or 2x 170g other ready to use white beans)
100g Arla Keso-raejuustoa / 100g cottage cheese
suolaa / salt
Lisäksi: kinkkua, kirsikkatomaatteja, patonkia
Also: some ham, cherry tomatoes and french loaf
1. Kuori sipuli ja kesäkurpitsa. Hienonna sipuli ja suikaloi kurpitsa ja kuullota ne pannulla tilkassa oliiviöljyä. Valuta toisesta papupurkista neste ja huuhtele pavut, lisää pannulle sipulin ja kesäkurpitsan kanssa. Mausta suolalla. / peel the onion and zucchini and mince them nicely. Cook them together with olive oil on pan. Rinse the beans and add one jar of them in pan with onion and zucchini. Season with salt.
2. Kiehauta vesi kattilassa ja kaada sekaan pannulla olevat pavut, sipulit ja kesäkurpitsat. Soseuta joko sauvasekoittimella tai blenderissä. / boil the water in pot and add beans, onions and zucchinis those are on the pan. Blend the mixture in blender until it’s smooth.
3. Kaada sose kattilaan ja lisää tarvittaessa vettä, kiehauta. Valuta toisesta papupakkauksesta vesi ja huuhtele pavut, kaada pavut kattilaan soseen joukkoon ja kiehauta. Lisää raejuusto ja halutessasi kinkku. Hauduta hetki ennen tarjoilua. Tarjoile patongin ja kirsikkatomaattien kanssa. / pour the blended mixture back to the pot and add some water if you need to. Rinse the other jar of beans and pour them in pot. Boil the soup again and add the cottage cheese and some ham if you want to. Serve with French loaf and cherry tomatoes.
